CLIMBOO mobile junior park (4m)

The very basic idea to create a smaller (junior) CLIMBOO module is to offer an adrenaline park experience also for children from 4 to 8 years, as some of them didn't feel comfortable enough being 4 meters from the ground. On the junior module they go around the park up to 2 meters high from the ground and they feel far more secure as they know an adult can reach them, even help them to complete a high-rope course exercise.

CLIMBOO junior park has the same characteristics as the adventure one - it's fully mobile and modular. This means it can be set up on any location without spatial planning restrictions and can easily adapt in size and exercises. Being altogether four meters high, it can get installed faster and it's more appropriate for relocating the park more often if needed.

The safest system on the market is used (continuous belay safety system), so that children from the age of four (4) can use the park on their own while perfectly safe. Park can be, due to this system, operated by only one trained individual (training provided by CLIMBOO).

Get them a chance to climb

Our society is developing towards an overprotective one. And majority of children don't have the chance to climb. Since climbing is recognised as one of the most important primary motor ability, our children are deprivileged in this regard.

CLIMBOO junior adrenaline park is making climbing safe and fun. It is a managed environment where parents know their children are safe while taking risk (a child doesn't trully believe and trust the safety sytem, so it's still a fair challenge for him).

Taking risk is one of the most important virtues we can teach the next generation. If they don't learn it's necessary to take risks, we would develop in a uninnovative and lame society, unable to adapt to the changes of the times ahead.

Children enjoy climbing so much and it's great for developing their motor abilities. But it's parents who are overprotective and don't let them do it.

Modularity of the junior park

The difference between a CLIMBOO adventure module and a junior module is only in the height. The modularity of the system remains the same. You can combine a basic 5m x 5m module with new ones into larger junior adrenaline parks.

Combinations of Adventure and Junior modules

If we want to cover different age groups of children, a combination of bigger (adventure) and smaller (junior) park is a great idea.

Such a combination has proven to be helpful for groups of 6 to 9 year-olds. Because most of the age group is ready for a bigger park, but some are not. By letting them first on a junior park, you get a good idea who should tackle the higher adventure park and who should rather do another round on the smaller one. This way we avoid bottlenecks on a bigger park and unnecessary rescue missions.

The combinations don't end here. It's trully modular system. You could build larger ones or make additional upgrades. Alternative to another Junior module is an upgrade of adventure CLIMBOO module with a second level below the main platforms. This way you can double the number of exercises on the same floor area.
